Mirror Bakso ( Mirik kÃÆ'¶fte ) is a Turkish meatball recipe from Sivas province, east of Central Anatolia Region, Turkey. This is one of Sivas traditional dishes. The ingredients are bulgur, onion, egg, salt, flour, yoghurt, butter, garlic, and red pepper.
