The 2010-12 Continental Beach Volleyball Cup (CBVC) is a qualifying tournament for beach volleyball tournaments (for men and women) at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
CBVC will run between June 1, 2010 and June 24, 2012, with a direct elimination competition format in which the winner's NOC/NF (s) move into the next phase. Competition will consist of three phases: Sub zone, Zone and Continental Final. Five winners of NOC/NF (one per Confederate Continental region (Asia/Oceania, North America, South America, Europe and Africa)) per sex will be eligible.
At the CBVC Final, the NOC/NF that has acquired two quota sites will compete in separate groups of NOC/NF who are still looking for quota sites.

Afrika (CAVB)
The teams will compete in sub-zonal tournaments, with all teams going forward, with each team taking more than the points earned to five zonal tournaments, where teams that are not in the sub-zonal tournament can enter. Europe (CEV)
The team will be divided into groups of four, where the elimination bracket will determine 3 teams to advance to the next stage of the sub-zone.
North America (NORCECA)
The North American zone sees sub zones divided into Caribbean, Central and Central American zones. The two Caribbean zones will meet and the Central and Central American zones will meet in the zonal tournament. The two Caribbean zones will have an elimination bracket in which two teams per country compete in the two-game series, if there is a fifth draw to be played by both countries. In the second half of the bracket, this series will be the best of the three. The winner and runner up of the main bracket and repechage will advance to the next round.
