Karir SMA
His school basketball career started as a 4th grader in 11th grade (1.50m). Lancaster plays junior varsity as a freshman and as 5Ã, 2 ft in (1.57 m) sophomore moves to university for one game then moved back. As a junior, during his first varsity match he tore the cartilage in his left knee in the first game, which caused trouble for the rest of the season. After the first year he was cut from two AAU teams, and the third team did not let him try.
As a 5Ã, ft 5 in the all-senior (1.65 m) all-state, he leads his team to a Michigan Class B semi-final state while averaging 30 points per game in the state tournament. In one state tournament game he scored 45 points against East Grand Rapids which included a shot that won the match at the bell.

Professional lectures and careers
After receiving a scholarship to Spring Arbor University, rejecting some of the upcoming Division I invitations, Lancaster became the NAIA Division II All-American for three years. He scored 2398, the second of all time and reached 751 assists, the all time first leader for the university. He holds the Spring Arbor record for the most attempted free throws and makes them two-time Christian college champions. Lancaster selected all conferences in his first season and was named the WHAC conference rookie of the year. He also reached all the first team-conferences as sophomore. He leads the conference in judgment and assistance as well as the junior first team of all conferences at MCC where he leads in judgment and assists. He was named for the first team of all conferences during his senior year and has a career-high total points of 42 and 41.
In 2007, Lancaster played professionally for Grand Rapids Flight at the International Basketball League.
Training system
Lancaster then focused on personal basketball training. The training system is a combination of individual online practice and exercise training in centers across the United States with certified trainers teaching the Micah basketball curriculum. Micah specializes in "skill development" training, which he repeatedly declares is not what all player training programs should do, but it definitely deserves attention in his game. Micah encourages players to learn many different ways to be trained, so they can find out what's best for them as unique individuals. I may use innovative tools to make basketball training games more like and realistic, such as rip cones, med spheres, and foam rollers.
Company overview
In 2009, Lancaster founded I'm Possible Training to provide intensive and organized training. This program is a year-round training system with training centers throughout the United States. My Possible Training also provides basketball services including camps, training colleges, clinics, personal training, and motivational speaking.
