Dwayne Hollis (born July 7, 1989) is an American football defense back for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League (AFL). He played college football in North Carolina Wesleyan College and attended Denbigh High School in Newport News, Virginia. He has also been a member of Helsinki Rooster, Lehigh Valley Steelhawks, Trenton Freedom and Shanghai Skywalkers.

College career
Hollis played for North Carolina Wesleyan Battling Bishops from 2009 to 2012 and helped the Battling Bishops to 20 wins. As a junior and senior, Hollis is named First Team All-USA South Athletic Conference as a kick kicker and as a central defender. Hollis is also called All-American on the defensive back by the American Football Coaches Association.

Hollis signed with Helsinki Rooster from Vaahteraliiga in 2013.
Lehigh Valley Steelhawks
Hollis returned to the United States in 2014 when he signed with Lehigh Valley Steelhawks of the Professional Indoor Football League. Hollis was named First Team All-League as a defender and kick back. Hollis is also named PIFL Special Team Player of the Year. Hollis is the only surviving player in PIFL who leads his team in all yard sizes.
Trenton Freedom
Hollis signed a contract with Trenton Freedom for 2015, but he was placed on the list of other league exceptions before the season began.
Philadelphia Soul
On October 6, 2014, Hollis was assigned to the Philadelphia Soul. On October 9, 2015, Hollis has a rookie option performed by Soul. Hollis was named the All-Arena Second Team after the 2016 season. Hollis helped lead the Soul to the ChampionshipBowl XXIX championship. Hollis is once again assigned to Soul for the 2017 season. He earned AFL Defensive Back of the Year and First Team All-Arena in 2017. On 26 August 2017, Soul defeated Tampa Bay Storm at ArenaBowl XXX with a score of 44-40.
Shanghai Skywalkers
Holllis was selected by Shanghai Skywalkers in the third round of the 2016 CAFL Draft. He is named All-Pro South Division All-Star. He is listed on the Skywalkers list for the 2018 season.
