Detail
Martial Artists and new champions Craig and Paul Pumphrey destroy everything from boats and cars to empty-handed homes. For each challenge, they combine strength with a team of experts in materials science and engineering to review the object of their destruction from every possible angle before separating it, using physics and knowledge to determine the most effective approach. This duo also enjoys a bit of friendly competition throughout the challenge. Each episode of the episode reveals the final result of rips and destroys Pumphrey, as well as the various experiments they do for the test.
Each episode contains a "Challenge" in which the Pumphrey brothers compete to do or not do a "Big Break" episode. The big break is what Chad considers to be the hardest thing for a human to fall apart. The only time the winning challenge has to do anything other than the big break is at "Trashing Hotel California" when the winner has to throw the television out the window. The first episode of Season 2 looks at a different format, in which the loser has to do "Big Break". (Though Paul loses the challenge, but because of an injury while breaking Craig's big propellers doing so.)
The event is updated for the second season, featuring 10 episodes, which aired in November The future of the event is uncertain after the second season. It was not finally taken for the third season by the G4.

Filming
Each Human Wrecking Balls episode takes about two full days to shoot, as Dawn Swain said in a 2008 interview with Ken Tuccio that:
"The actual filming of each episode takes 2 full days. There's quite a lot of editing going on to condense it to 30 minutes Episodes filmed inside the building, such as offices, hotels and cinemas, take longer because of the space limited. For each new area, people "break," the camera must be reset, the redraw is configured, and the crew moves to get the right shot, for example, it only takes about 30 hours to record. "
