Kyle Peko (born July 23, 1993) is an American football nose tackle for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oregon State.

Professional career
On May 3, 2016, Peko signed with the Broncos as an undrafted rookie free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft. On September 20, he was released by the Broncos and was re-signed to the practice squad on September 22. He was promoted to the active roster on December 28.
On September 2, 2017, Peko was waived, but re-signed the next day. On September 9, Peko was waived by the Broncos and was re-signed to the practice squad three days later on September 12. He was promoted to the active roster on September 16, 2017. He was waived again on October 21, 2017 and re-signed back to the practice squad. He was promoted back to the active roster on November 25, 2017.

Personal life
Kyle Peko is the younger cousin of nose tackle Domata Peko, who was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2006 and joined him on the Denver Broncos in 2017.
